Bathroom Downlighters?
Juliand:
Gordon Bennett... second one of these gone in less than a year. Not just the halogen bulb, but the fitting at the end of the wires, where the bulb plugs in.... just seems to go corroded with the steam / vapour. I replaced one, just..... as the white cable was just about long enough for me to fit a tiny two core cable connector and then wire in a new white cable fitting, but now another one has gone kapput...... the bulbs are fine, so it must be the fitting... PITA. Can you pull the whole unit down from the ceiling to give more access to the cables???? my podgy fingers dont leave much room otherwise.
Struggling to work it out.....
Thanks

Thanks for the comments.
When you say replace with decent ones, what do you suggest - make / type - anything I should look for?
