Brembo brakes

I have recently brought a 1.9 (105) diesel mk5 golf, I have had a water leak and am yet to sort that, hopefully be the water pump (being sorted Monday with the cam belt). Onto brakes, mine are shot and have been told I need new disks and pads, I was wondering whether r32 brakes would fit.
The ones in the link are what I'm wanting to upgrade to:

You would need to get R32 or Mk 7 calipers a & carriers to fit those disks. Not sure about carriers are direct fit to Mk5 GTI, not sure about 1.9 diesel
