For me, a lot of the pleasure from driving a fast car, is the noise it makes.

Now, find me a porsche that sounds anywhere near as good as this R8 (skip to 3:30 onwards, and 4:50). I think it has a capristo exhaust from memory, but can check.

The mic audio isn't very good. In person; epic.



Also, working in the city of London; every clueless tw*t with a bit of money buys a 911. They're everywhere. Like the ford focus of zone 1.

It's a long way off but think V10 R8 is the one. Do Audi use the twin clutch DSG / Stronic in the first gen v10 r8?
