You can see the bottom of the door is out of line from a ding in a car park. The top of the door was also bent prior to this.

The metal can easily be bent when opening the door if you press it against a wall...

I only ever have 3 door GTIs in my head because that's what I've got  :smiley:

The bottom of the front door's panel is clearly bent.   I would straighten that first, and then the rest will just be alignment as per my first reply hopefully.
