Shudder on Idle only with DSG in P

As title. 2006 GTI DSG has a shudder when car is at idle and in park. Ive turned off aircon etc. Revs seem stable and car drives fine. Put car into D and the shudder disappears.

Possible DMF issue?

Any ideas where to look. Don't have access to a code reader unfortunately.
