Can't access this site using wifi or home Internet...

A bit of an annoying one really. It's been going on for as long as I can remember now and need to get it sorted.
I cannot access this site through my home Internet, it just says page cannot be displayed or connection refused etc. Yet when I turn wifi off on my phone and access using mobile data it works fine. But even then only for about 10 mins and gives me a blank page again.
Have I been added to some sort of block list or something by mistake? I've never done anything wrong on this site.
If a mod could maybe look into this etc would be good or anyone got any tips to what it could be? :sad1:

Along similar lines very very regularly i have to re enter my user name and password to access the site, wherever i log in from , phone ipad or laptop !

Can't access the site in work but works ok everywhere else.
I get a "proxy could not connect to the destination in time" error.
It used to do this intermittently but work most of the time, gradually got worse and then stopped working altogether several months ago.

Yeah I just get a ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED if using my home network.
It's really annoying as I keep having to turn mobile data on and off. Only this site too.
