Cr33D's 1.9 TDi

Cr33D:
So today I've finished retrofitting original VW alarm with interior monitoring sensor, inclination sensor, horn and deactivation switch.

As the start - I had to remove old cobra alarm

I've WON !

Week ago I've installed horn and connected interior monitoring sensor which I bought together with GTI headliner.

Unfortunately interior monitoring sensor didn't have built in inclination sensor hence I had to buy it.
I had to buy deactivation switch as well.

Last night I got all the wiring together and build a wiring loom.

So today (knowing original location of the switch) I had to cut a hole for it in my quarter panel trim.

Whole lot has been installed and connected.
As a part of the whole lot I had 19 bit CCM (BT) which has been programmed at the same time

Next thing out of the TO DO list.

Regards

Thats some quick work mate. Looks good :)

I noticed the rust on front wings. Worth taking it to VW as they usually replace them for free. Mine are being done next week.

@Trunkstuff
Did you get the vw serviced by them for then to cover your rust issue?

ryan-g-91:
Shouldn't matter! I only bought my car and they replaced them for me. Had never been near them!  :grin:
