mk5 black golf gti
« on: May 10, 2019, 09:15:07 pm »
Hi,

Been lurking here for a while with a few posts here and there. Had my gti for just over a year having come from 3 fiesta st150's and a mk1 fiesta before i had responsibilities. Anyhow a few pictures below. Completely standard at the moment.

Only done a few bits and pieces, changed a few interior trims when i first got it. I've got no before pictures but they were pretty worn.

I also gave it an oil and filter change a couple of months a go and noticed that the diverter valve in the 85,000 miles it's done had never been changed. Actually came out piece by piece.

Stuck a new one Rev G one on following the guide on here. Crazy how much it improved performance, however a week later the power dropped back down. I've dropped 2 pictures of 2 hoses that i'm thinking the seal isn't the best on them.

Been meaning to replace the standard headlight bulbs and having one blow has prompted me to get some osram night breakers just awaiting the sidelights to arrive and i might be able to see at night.  :driver:
