ipod connector problem

hi lads, i bought the ipod connector on ebay, the 1 that connects to the cd changer, when i checked the back of my standard stereo

it doesnt have the cd changer outlet, is there another possible way to wire it to stereo so it'll work???

any help would be appriciated

Do you have a link to the one you brought?

It sounds like you probably have the older style one for the Gamma and Beta headunit's

and not sure of the model stereo i have, its the standard one, if it helps its NOT the one with the silver buttons or dials..

its just plain dark grey...
