VW Mk5 Bosch parking sensor diagram/Instruction

Hi all.
I'm new to the forum and I've recently had a bumper fitted with original VW parking sensors fitted on due to an accident. So with this I decided I may as well get parking sensors fitted and the only part missing was the parking controller module? I've now got that part and my main question is does anyone have a diagram or a guide of what wires go on what part in the module? I've attached a picture to show what box I have. All help is appreciated!
