Noise pipe delete plug UK

Beardless:
Hi Guys.

Looking to delete the noise pipe and was after one of the $3 or $4 dollar 1 3/8in expansion plugs the US chaps use...However, in the UK they seem to be non existent, even when searching for 35mm.

Anyone have link for what i'm looking for?
