Seat Height Adjuster Problem HELP!

Hey people,

My drivers seat adjustment on my Edition 30 will pump up but will NOT pump down! and im having a hard time trying to find any information about this online  :sad1:

is this a common problem? has anyone had a similar experience and knows a solution? im super stuck so any information would be a big help.
