VITO front drop links?
« on: March 13, 2019, 11:30:30 pm »
Can anyone recommend the correct part number or length people have used when fitting the Mercedes Vito droplinks, or are they from a particular model year? There seems to be several different lengths. The vehicle has been lowered 30mm all round on bilsteins if that makes a difference.

Cheers!
Ed

Bilstein normally weld the drop link tab in the same position as the standard dampers.   You only need shorter ones if you can't get the drop links into the strut with both wheels off the ground.

Thanks for the reply bro,
But do you have a link for the vito ones at all? Whats the reason for fitting them, they're more durable or stiffer in comparison to standard droplinks? Or are they just shorter?

Cheers!
