Xenon shutters issue

Finally got round fitting the xenon shutter wires to the CECM and coded on vcds. Everything works perfect.

However, I noticed that after a  long drive, the shutters wouldn’t fully open. You can see the light pattern change as if it opens a bit only.

Anyone had this issue. Could it be related to vcds settings?
