Manually adjust power seats

Pissat4motion:
I need to remove a powered seat with a motor that doesn't work. Seat is being replaced/scrapped so whatever needs to be done to the seat is fair game.
Any suggestions?

*option I am considering now is cutting through the seat to get to the motor. Remove motor DVD the slide seat as needed..*
