Stereo delete - gauge pods
« on: October 05, 2019, 08:32:34 am »
Hi I’m setting up my car for track and will be removing the stereo. I was wanting to put gauges in place (Boost, oil temp, oil pressure) in a single din and then below have battery cut off switch panel.

Just wondering if anyone had some similar and if there is a gauge pod that fits directly? I can see them for mk4 but not mk5!

I've removed my stereo and will cut a piece of carbon fibre as a blank. I'll cut holes for languages to sit in.

I've looked and can't find a mk5 specific blank for the stereo.

Single DIN gauge pods an a double din dash adapter could work.
