Help clocks dead

Hi all new here and hoping someone can help
My mk5 clocks have suddenly gone dead I checked all fuses and all ok I have power behind them but clocks completely dead I no I can get replacement clocks off ebay cheap but don't now how or where to get them programmed if that's what has to be done just want to get back on the road asap without spending a fortune any help is appreciated

You can get your's repaired by ECU testing than you won't need programming.
