Anybody in the North West able to extract immo pin from 56 plate GTI

Hi all. 
Anybody in the North west able to extract  immo pin from 56 plate gti . Need to change dash and my k commander wont retrive any info.  Ive got the original and a 2nd hand dash and need both pins.

I have been able to adjust mileage but it wont give me the pin.
Any help would be great thanks

I have VCDS which I think can do this, although I haven't done it myself, I'm based between Wrexham and Chester.

No.  Ross-Tech makes it clear that they do not implement SKC retrieval in VCDS.  They, however, will assist you in pairing if you already have a SKC such as if the dealer gave it to you.

If you can READ, and save both dumps from the immobilizer, then I could load it into AVDI (which I'll get in hand in a few days).  At that point, I can tell you both pins.
