New stereo (Bluetooth crackles)

Hi guys,

Just got a new stereo for the GTI with nav and all the good stuff however when I’m on the Bluetooth it starts to crackle here and there. I’ve messed about with the settings on my phone (iPhone 6) and on the unit but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions are welcome because at this point I haven’t got a clue  :thinking:
