Rear wiper and front and rear washer jets not working!? replaced fuses and relay

[mattconroygti]

Basically rear wiper and front and rear washers not working. Replaced fuses and replaced the relay. No help. As far as I have managed to work out there is no power getting to fuses. Is there a module or anything that controls that stuff that could have failed?

obviously massive pain the bum.
