Waynes Tornado Red GTI
Wayne D:
Hi guys, sorry i havent been on here in ages... :ashamed:
Lyons, you big girl... lol
strapper, i got the centres with the wheels from AutoAlloys in Northern Ireland. I'm sure you can get them on ebay.
Culainn, cheers for the advice, i'll keep it in mind mate.
Gti Jal, the ride is no different at all, which i'm surprised and gald to say. I use the car on a day to day basis and last thing i wanted was a harsh ride quality and the car being unable to be enjoyed for what it is. I'd highly reccommend the H&R's, they lowered the car nicely and retail all the handling and comfort of the standard springs.
Golf is still going grate for me and i'm still loving it, been to a few shows over the last month or two, with some pictures to show you all...
And finally the car looking not so clean at a local Northern Ireland GTI meet.

Anyway long story short after some warranty work by the dealer, the car came back with the colour from the centre caps destroyed. No dealer was mentioned and im not sure if im allowed post a link to another forum on here but just wanted to say if you are getting any work done by any dealer, it might be an idea to ask them not to clean or wash your car.

Thats cos dealers use acid on the wheels to clean them really quick same with most car washes, doubt ud use them but just incase just a bit of advice....
Cars looking great :happy2:
