Fitted mdi but no sound

hi all fitted the mdi kit today but theres no sound,its saying that its playing the track ok but no sound,in the instructions it shows the plug that has a blue casing that theres a yellow a green and a grey wire next to each other but on my plug the grey wire isnt,would this be anything to do with it?cheers matt

the mdi lead has to plug into the back of the RNS 510 and your oem CAN lead into that. x
