Between 1-2 weeks has been my experience, only ordered a triple square tool for rear carriers and an abs sensor so far from there.

I have only used them a handful of times, it always takes forever.
But usually the order arrives on predicted time, I think once it went over by a day or 2 - your 2 weeks does sound long

Watching the order progress is frustrating-
Every time they just sit on it for days, before suddenly processing & picking.
Sometimes there was more wait before sending.
Sometimes postage was a couple of days, other times it was next day.
All pretty random.

I suspect they don't hold the stock on a shelf and rely on "just in time" deliveries from manufacturers, your order may be waiting on a delivery.

Their prices yo-yo about - its like share prices - I have been keeping an eye on FAG front wheel bearings for mine, seen them under £50, but often they are over £75

The tracking site they use does leave a lot to be desired.

You're right about the prices going up and down, unfortunately not in my favour lol.
Tracking hasn't changed for over a week.
Maybe I should email them....?

1-2 weeks here too, never more though. The tracking site is garbage, I don't think it's updated too well as last time I checked for something my item was in Germany yet arrived 2 hours later.

If you've spent about £500 with them they give you about 41p in bonus earnings which disappear after about 4 weeks. Utterly pointless. Their lead times are pretty rubbish if you want stuff in a hurry, I've ended up paying more than they charge to get stuff within a day or two.
That said, if you are very organised and get all you need in advance plus a bit, their return service does allow you to send back unwanted / unused gear FOC.

Yeah luckily lockdown means I have time to wait before mate fits the parts  :signLOL:
I have paid extra £4 to be able to send any other parts back that I don't need. How does that work, do you download a returns label?

It's a bit involved but that's the basics of it, you download return labels off them and as I recall can just be dropped of with Royal Mail. It is worth doing if you've had to buy gear 'incase'.

When I returned an incorrect part they had sent, there was a further song and dance to get refunded. They try to hold a ‘credit’ for future orders.

Interesting to hear the experiences of others.  I’ve recently used them for two planned refreshes on my son’s and my cars.

For my son I ordered a full set of Bilstein B4 shocks to go with a set of Eiback pro-kit springs on his Lupo, and for my GTI, I ordered OE new TRW rear red calipers and TRW red carriers, along with rear SKF bearings as part of a full overhaul.  So pretty chunky orders value-wise.

On both I bided my time and waited until the combinations of discount level and core charges (they randomly slapped them on and off the calipers despite them being new not exchange) fell as good as they were going to get, making it significantly cheaper to buy from Germany than the UK!

Delivery times over three separate orders weren’t super speedy but still not too bad as the parts were for planned work.  Everything else (discs, pads, splash shields top mounts, bump stops, bolts, etc.) I got from TPS.
OEM+ 2005 GTI DSG (high factory standard spec and upgraded with S3 alloy hubs, S3 alloy wishbones, Bilstein B8s and VWR springs by my own hands) owned since 2008 and still loving it!
