6 CD Changer and RNS510

Okay, my R has an RNS510 installed but no Arm Rest CD Changer, now I'm toying with adding the CD changer at some point.

This weekend the RNS510 is coming out for some other work so do I buy the cable to fit between the two and fit it whilst the unit is out and then just connect it up when I get the CD changer? Or is not that simple?

Plus does anyone know the part numbers I'd need?
