Considering changing stereo now as the lack of bluetooth with my RCD510 is annoying me and come across 2 options - the RNS315 and the Chinese market RCD330G.
Both have bluetooth, the RNS315, which is marginally more expensive comes with built in nav yet the 330g comes with newer features such as carplay.
Anyone has experience of both?

Are there any guides on here for removing the front and rear anti roll bars? My bushes need doing and want to powder coat them as the paint is flaking.

So just thought I would share this info as it seems to be a common query. I changed my rear wheel bearing yesterday (2005 gti) and as I couldn't find a definitive answer to wether it had a 30 or 32mm hub I ordered both, it turns out the gti has a 30mm hub. the 32mm bearing was labeled for golf tdi, so I assume all other models use the 32mm? Not sure if this is applicable to all years of gti, would be interesting to hear what other people have experienced.

As a big fan of cars and travel I try and combine the two as often as possible. I took my other car back to where it was made last Christmas and thinking of doing the same with my "new" Golf this Christmas (as its a good excuse for a booze cruise).
So daft question time - was the Golf GTI made in Wolfsburg and if so has anyone done the factory tour, museum etc?

Hi all seemed to have picked up an issue with my AXX gti mk5
When i press the throttle it seems to be lumpy on the take off sounds and feels it
This morning on the way to work ive had the coolent light come on so pulled over checked it and is just and just under the lower mark bearing in mind about a week afo i checked my fluids and all fine
Any help would be great im personaly thinking its in need of a water pump and cambelt as thats due very soon being now on 94k
I have lumpy start up for abit now dude to that black box thing (cant rember the name too earlie to think) would it be linked to that?
Cant see any leaks or anything so thought i would ask here before it goes to the shop
