Pissat4motion:
I've had this code for a few months now and would like to get it solved.
Replaced MAF
Cleaned air filter
Recent carbon cleaning, so injector seals replaced.
The light.. remains.

I'm looking for things to check this weekend..
Plan to replace the fuel filter (hasn't been done in too long).
Take at closet look at the rear pcv (noticed the rubber hose may have cracking)
Anything else I should look at?

*Car is(4 years on) k04 with supporting mods+catch can. No changes to setup over the past 4 years.
