Im familiar with using the Carly device on my old BMW but the coding never seems to work on the GTI. Have tried to code the chirp on unlocking and locking and doesn’t work, and the fault codes have the wrong descriptions. What are people using in terms of VAGCOM? Do you have to use a laptop or can you get decides with a screen that plug in to the OBD port? I’m a newbie to the VagCom world, sorry for my stupidity
