No Traction control

Hi I have a 2008 Pirelli. The esp and tpms buttons do nothing when pressed. The traction control I think is not kicking in so appears not to be working . No dash lights at all. wondered if anyone had any thoughts on what the issue is? Any pointers would be much appreciated thanks
