VW JETTA 2009 FRONT CENTRE CONSOLE AND ARM REST COMPATIBILITY

Hello,

Does anybody know if a center console removed from an 09 Jetta, will fit an 07 golf?

I have a feeling it would but wanted to check. Pictures show the Jetta console and the console without armrest that is currently in my car.

I didn't get any replies to this one, but just in case anybody else is looking for the info in the future. The Jetta center console fitted well (needs a clean still). It was easy to remove the old and easy to fit the new, I just followed the YouTube videos from 'Tutoriale Auto' on armrest and center console removal and did the reverse. The Aircon ducting is a bit fiddly to get in for the new rear vents but overall an easy job. Stuck a new gear knob and gaiter on whilst I was at it
