HELP! Whining / Squeeling Noise Under Acceleration

Stage 2 MK5 GTI has developed a whine when under acceleration. Runs well and no noticeable power loss  but just has a horrible noise at the low end of gears. Suspecting DV but I honestly am not too sure. Is anyone able to help. I’ve attached a video below.
