Brake issues - completely lost

So replaced both side front pads and discs . Drivers side disc getting very hot . Replaced the caliper with brand new one as guessed that was the issue as torn booth on it .

-just after a spin with new caliper and bleed done and it’s still getting very hot compared to the passenger side ? I am completely lost now ?
Any ideas ? Maybe it’s just the new pads ?
