Just wanting to get some perspective
I have a 2005 Vw Golf GTX 2.0 156xxx ks
Just noticed recently that once the car is warmed up, that at idle its sounding like a Diesel
Iv read a couple of forums that pointed out that its most probably the timing chain tensioner and to do a timing chain kit replacement
so ive searching around for some quotes but then also been told that the noise is coming from the inside by the camshaft. like a teppet sound.
