New Generation MK7 Style Headunit Retrofit - Is It Possible, Who’s Dine It..?

Hi,

I knows there’s a very similar topic on this already but it hasn’t been active for a while so I’m just trying to find more info on it….I did stumble across a guy who fitted a 2019 model unit to his MK5 but he didn’t say what was required etc..?

I’m wanting a plug and play factory looking unit with DAB and Apple CarPlay.

I have a 2008 Golf GT Sport 170 with high line clocks if that helps..
