You'll need to replace the ABS pump, had the same issue, the amber steering light is very difficult to go out when you have the solid EPS light on, think I did a 50 mile trip and it randomly went off. I had to replace my ABS pump in the end to resolve the ESP light stuck on issue, once replaced the amber steering light will go out after a full turn to the left then right after 20-30 seconds.

Same error codes.
