Amber sidelights back to standard. How to?

Hello.
First post as I’ve just bought a mk5. It has indicators set as sidelights and the MOT station will fail the car. I’ve searched and read about how to do the mod, but can’t find how to undo it. Does anyone know the original code please?

You simply set byte 7 in 09 Central Electronics back to 0 again.

That has to be the dumbest mod I've ever seen on a MK5 as it just makes the car look like the hazard lights are broken.
