PLS HELP! This whirring whistling whining buzzing noise is driving me crazy!

The noise seems to be coming from behind  the centre blower vents. The only fault code with VCDS was the V159 actuator which I’ve replaced and the code has gone but this noise persists! So not sure what could be causing it! Any help would be massively appreciated.
