Best filter for revo intake

(1/1)

DurinsBane117:
Hi everyone,

I have a revo intake fitted currently and was wondering what the best filter is for the intake?

Seen a few with a pro ram filter, would this be better than the revo filter??

Thanks

Don't think the Proram is any better or worse than the Revo performance wise. I'll be getting the Proram next as it looks to be a better fit, my Revo rubs on the back of the headlight. From what I've seen the Proram with the velocity stack is the best fitting option.

Yh I have the same issue with mine rubbing against the headlight, think I'll go for the pro ram filter

Stuff rubbing on stuff is all part of the fun with modifications.  At least it doesn't snap off a vital coolant elbow like the POS Racingline one

See if a cotton filter will fit on the pipe.  Foam rubbing on hard plastics eats holes into it pretty quickly.

I suppose so! Or it feeds ur paranoia 😂😂

Yh that doesn't sound fun. I did replace the coolant Y joining pipe with a matal one as a precaution, seen that the nipple gets brittle and snaps off on the old pastic ones 🤔

Gonna replace the filter in the coming months when I get my car mapped!
