Rattle on Deceleration & turbo flutter noise

Hi guys,

I’ve noticed on deceleration that I have a bit of a rattle noise, sounds like it’s coming from the Turbo or downpipe area but it is noticeable from inside the cabin at low speeds. I have also noticed that I’m hearing turbo flutter / chatter pretty much every time I lift off the throttle with any boost. Bit of reading and my initial thoughts is wastewater related but I’m unsure if the two are related.

Oil level is topped up, changing DV and I still have the constant flutter sound.
Suppose the rattle could be a heat shield but I need to get under the car to verify
Anyone heard of these symptoms?
