P3138 and P2008, engine sound, any thoughts?

Got these codes since I got the car, after deleting codes, it comes back after some miles. As I read online, issue is flap motor or flaps itself, anyone got same codes and sorted it out? Engine sounds kinda "unhealthy":

Startup and idle:



Also when trying to remove oil cap with engine on, air is being sucked pretty hard and Starts shaking pretty bad, also has a smell of gas

Thoughts?
