Getting ipod to fully function

I have a RNS 510 version B with 6 disc changer under the arm rest. I want to upgrade the cd changer to get an ipod to fully function. Do i need a 1K0 857 925 B or 5NO 035 341 B also is the wiring that is used by the 6 disc changer the same or does that need to be upgraded as well.

Matt you would need to get the full MDI kit I believe the armrest version is well over £200 but you can buy the glove box version £150 and extend it into the armrest?
