Lights constantly on when set to auto

My lights are constantly on regardless of whether it’s light or dark outside when on auto. Any ideas?

Could be faulty light sensor , part of the mirror pack on the windscreen I think.

ksamyui:
I need to plug VCDS in for a prob with my cabin temp controls; you recon this would show up in VCDS too?

GVK:
Deffo worth a look if you have VCDS

Fixed; it was a bit of black bird poo covering the sensor :grin:
