BKD injector install

Hi everyone!

I'm about to put new seals on my ultrasonically cleaned BKD injectors. The collar in-between the seals is free spinning. Before I install the injectors back into the car, does the collar need to be in a certain position or does it not matter?

Also, the manual says to use tool T10164/1 and T10164/2 when installing the new o rings. Is this definitely needed? Getting hold of the tool is difficult. Obviously the main thing is that they don't get twisted.
