Sport mode sound in rear

Strange issue here
Has anyone experienced this before, ONLY when I am in sports mode and I speed up to around 50/60mph + then eventually coming to a stop my car makes this rear clunking noise at the back of the car as I've stopped and continues to happen when I drive off until like 20 mph and disappears then comes back again if I do the same of 60mp5+ and come to a stop.

This only ever happens in sport mode, In normal drive. I can go 60+ and come to a stop and do whatever and it won't ever make the side
Only a sport mode sound thing at the back of the car

Any ideas?  :thinking:

Clunking at the rear could be a cracked/broken spring.  Not sure why only apparent in sport mode though.
