I'm sure if you asked 10 detailers 5 would say one thing and the other five the other!  :rolleye:

It makes sense to me and for that reason alone I will only use this method in the future.  :happy2:

This is why I keep shifting practices. I started off using MF. Then found DW and started using foam applicators. Was then recommended to use MF only. Now it's back to foam again!

I use Foam as they tend to be cheaper than MF's again everyones opinion differs if it works stick with it.

Ive never applied any LSP with a microfibre. Ever ever ever!

I have applied with a MF pad maybe 3 times, but as Nath says, it just soaks up product without having an advantage over Foam Pads.

I waxed a Range Rover Sport last night which had been resprayed with the SOFTEST paint ever and didnt have a single issue with a Foam pad! ;)
