Mk5 air con stopped working

Hi all my ac has recently stopped working, just want to make sure this is caused by the compressor before buying a new one since it’s an expensive part. I connected the car the bag com and got the values below so it seems like everything is working. When looking at the actual compressor I’ve notice that the bolt doesn’t turn when turning on the ac. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
