Scary sound identification mk5

Hi guys,
Can anyone point me in a right direction to uncovering what’s making this sound?
Only happens when the car is in gear and under load.

Found out the issue! It was the small metal bracket separating a metal coolant hose from the rocker cover. Apparently I’ve forgot to tighten the bolts on it after I did the cam chain.
