Replacement Mk5 GTI rear passenger door

Hi All,
The other half managed to put a hole in the passenger side door, so I need to find a replacement door rear passenger door ideally in The same grey.

The cars a 2008 Golf GTI Mk5, 5 door paint code LA7T.

Do all Mk5 doors fit?

Should I just be able to move the hardware over?
