This is a really interesting thread - thanks for the info.

I, like many others, have also been chasing the infamous cold start 2.0tfsi issue on my 2008 Edition 30 and have changed everything you would normally associate, to no avail - The last item I changed (the MAF) did actually make a difference for about a week, but slowly the same issue appeared again.  Last thing for me to do is the low pressure fuel pump, so I think I'll have a whack at it, you never know, it might work this time!

It will be worth updating the fuel pump controller also.......a while your in there job
