I thought there's two types of rack excluding mk6.
How do I know the difference,  do both have the steering angle sensor in the rack or column?
What I mean is will the column clock part have any chance of fixing the light/fault if replaced pls?

Anyone breaking a mk5 of any sort, what have you left?

Any ideas how long the steering warning light will stay on yellow before it goes to red ( or deacon 3 as the moderator mentioned 🤔)
