nope, the correct vinyls were sent out, he's happy with them but its how he's trying to apply them or rather the location he's needing help with. I dont want to produce something he requires and send him it when it would be clearly incorrect...

i think its either his descriptive skills at fault or his lack of vision to see a potential error?

GTI can only ever read GTI  :laugh:

The only other possible way would be if he wanted it to read correct when seen in the rear view mirror then you would need ITG as you suggest ...

the only way it could read ITG is if he stuck it on the outside of the window and read it from the inside, but even then the G would be the wrong way around.  you have to post that pic up when he sends it so we can see
